par-tay!

So, I talked and talked and talked about everything I was doing for this party, but all I ever showed you of it was some cookie cutters.  My bad...

My "photography" really doesn't do justice to how amazing our little building looked for Valentine's Day.  We had a photo booth with props, made by yours truly.  Paper garlands were all over the place, a station for making valentines, coloring, and so many baked goods!  (Over a month later, my stomach still hurts from all of the sugar..)  I learned how to make some killer brownies for this party and even mastered homemade marshmallows.  Now I need to harness all the energy and focus I had for this soiree and put it towards an Easter Egg Hunt/Munch and Mingle Extravaganza!! (Any suggestions??  I need help...)

I think I really needed to share these pictures because of the guys in the last two pictures.  They are one of the sets of incredibly hardworking missionaries in our little branch.  These two join us for dinner often and have become dear friends, as well as spiritual gurus. They have challenged us and motivated us in wonderful ways, helping Mr. F and I dig in our heels in Cyprus.  One of them is being transferred tomorrow to another area and it is extremely bittersweet.  While we are eager for him to keep working, he will be deeply missed.
