Remember that time we went to Epcot? I know, it was ages ago, but it has really stuck with me. Disney has a tendency to do things really well and right. As we wandered the park, I was taken in by the thick, lush flower beds. From country to country, the flowers changed and became more magnificent. Then my eye kept catching certain colors, patterns, and textures. It was love. The next day, I painted non-stop. Since then, I have been using bolder colors in my work and embracing flora. Disney triggered something in me and it really stuck!
Speaking of my work, this past week I found a local printer to work with and took a huge mess of paintings in for reproduction. I am SO excited, I can't even tell you! This is just another step in figuring out who I am as an artist and bringing you high quality work. Can't wait to show you everything!
