While I have always had a penchant for hands-on projects, our time in Cyprus turned this drive into a necessity as I tried to create a comfortable home for us. Products were either too expensive, too dissimilar from my taste, or just too generic. I had to figure out how to make things on my own. Now that we're back, we're trying to figure out where we're going next, but the drive to create a home for ourselves still runs rampant. I'm constantly searching out deals on furniture to fill our House of Dreams and figuring out how to revamp pieces to turn them into something I love.
