2014 calendar

Last year I was craving structure and symmetry while I created the calendar, seeking inspiration from quilts and tiling patterns all around me.  This year, I through structure to the wind and embraced the vivacity of the flora surrounding us in Florida.  From the moment we landed Stateside back in February, I was letting colors fly and embracing bold brushstrokes.  The resulting calendar is full of some of my favorite images to date.  Nothing but color and flowers!

It's been such a treat to see how people are reacting to this calendar. For instance, I'm not that big of a fan of the November image.  My father in-law, on the other hand, picked it out immediately saying how much he loved it.  Another person was smitten by March, loving the purples, while a friend latched onto August.  There are so many different hues and shapes in this twelve-month calendar!

Just like last year, it fits any 5x7 frame.  Unlike last year, I am offering basic frames with the calendar purchase!  You spoke, I listened.  So many of you mentioned how much easier it would  be if I sold the frame with the calendar.  Your wish is my command!  The frame is a clear, plastic easel, perfect for desktops. (It can be seen with December in it in the last photo.) Each month is a different piece of art, ready for a frame!
