Sorry for the radio silence! This fall has been a blur of work, holidays, and visitors. At Halloween, my dear, dear friend was in town for a conference and came to stay with us. Mr. F took the GMAT again and is now on a fervent quest to get his applications sent in before Christmas. Hopefully... (: There have been long walks in the cool, wintry air, Sunday evenings with family curled up in bed watching Disney Channel while the "grown-ups" watch The Walking Dead.
A few weeks ago, Mr. F's parents came for a long weekend and we had such fun! Lots of Jeni's ice cream, shopping, movie watching, and Coke drinking. Speaking of movies, the four of us went to see Interstellar and my life has forever been changed. Have you seen it yet? It's fabulous, absolutely fabulous! Mr. F and I are still having lengthy discussions about the workings of the film. Love a movie that makes you think!
Between all of this has been catching up with old friends, making new friends, and lots of Thanksgiving. We were with family two days in a row this year! Such a treat!
I hope the kick-off to the Holiday season has been merry for all of you! I've missed you friends, and promise to do better on the posting. (:
